Rob opened Nutrition For Life in 2004. He consults with clients Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. On the other days he teaches Nutrition at University, & also cares for his two young children.

Rob enjoys running, Boundary Umpiring AFL Football (307 AFL Games, 4 Grand Finals), and spending time with his young family & friends.

Lauren has a broad range of experience through her work in community health, hospitals and rehabilitation settings in both Australia and the UK. Lauren has a special interest in gastrointestinal nutrition and has completed an honours research project in the area of fructose malabsorption with the FODMAPs research group at Monash University. In her spare time Lauren likes to keep active and plays netball, touch rugby and enjoys yoga. She also loves to travel and try new foods from around the world.
